Stock items may be returned for
exchange or refund, unused and in original condition.

Custom size designs,
custom assembled or special orders are returnable for store credit or
exchange only.
(d)
Returned items must be shipped pre-paid, insured and
securely wrapped.
(e)
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is
non-refundable.
(f) Where a product is purchased from any of the
affiliates, the policy for a refund would be as governed by the
respective affiliate. Oriental Traders bears no responsibility for any
